A Microsite allows Associates to establish a lead capturing tool online quickly and easily while “masking” their identity to the outside world. The Microsite uses the following four pages to capture the consumer’s attention:

· Get pre-approved - it's easy!
When a consumer selects any of these pages, they are directed to a form to fill in their information. That data is captured in an email and sent directly to the Associate.
By entering a listing into the KWLS, it then receives nationwide marketing. Listings entered into KWLS are currently sent to Google and Trulia with a link back to the agent website - meaning only the listing agent will get the lead from these sites with no charge.
Additionally we are in contract with 6 other sites that we will
begin feeding listing data to as well.
